چکیده
Sir, Primary squamous cell carcinoma of the rectum is a rare tumour. The diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma rests on the exclusion of metastases from other organs, proximal extension of carcinoma arising from the anal canal and squamous-lined fistulous tracts.
